Precision LPM polishing heads & spares for the marble and granite industry — engineered in Rajasthan, built for the world.
Heads, spares and servicing — under one roof
Polishing Heads
Complete LPM heads built and run-tested in our own workshop, ready to drop into your line.
Spare Parts
Gears, shafts, bushes and cushioning parts across the Cemar, RG-6 and HTS-V12 ranges.
Servicing
Worn heads stripped, inspected, rebuilt and returned to line — often at a fraction of replacement cost.
Cemar — 6 Bricks Flicker Head
Built for continuous flicker / oscillation polishing of marble and granite slabs on line polishing machines. Machined, balanced and run-tested before dispatch, and backed by the complete spares range.
Kishangarh is one of the world's largest marble processing and trading clusters — thousands of gang saws and polishing lines run within a few kilometres of our workshop. Being inside that cluster, not selling into it from a distance, is what keeps our heads and spares matched to how the machines are actually run.
Inside the cluster we serve
Our workshop sits inside Kishangarh, Rajasthan — the cluster the world knows as India's Marble City — alongside the very processors, fabricators and exporters we build for. Our head office in Jaipur handles commercial and export coordination.
Manufacturing & Reconditioning
Complete LPM heads and their full spares range are machined, assembled and tested in-house — not outsourced and re-labelled.
Servicing & Field Support
Worn heads are stripped, reconditioned and returned to line — with the matching spares already in stock to keep downtime short.
Built To Travel
Every dispatch is packed, checked and documented for buyers across India and processors overseas.
From enquiry to running line
Enquiry
Tell us the machine, head series and part. Photos help — most identifications take one exchange.
Quote
We confirm availability, lead time and price, including packing and dispatch terms.
Manufacture
Parts are machined and assembled in-house, then dimensionally checked against the reference.
Test & Dispatch
Heads are run-tested, packed and documented for road, rail or sea freight.
A polishing head is only as good as the uptime it gives you. We build and stock accordingly — which is why fast-moving spares sit on our shelf rather than on a production schedule.
Cemar — 6 Bricks Flicker Head
Our flagship polishing head, built for continuous flicker / oscillation polishing of marble and granite slabs on line polishing machines. Every unit is machined, balanced and run-tested before it leaves the workshop — and backed by the complete spares range, kept in stock so a line is never down for long.
Three mechanism ranges
Each series has its own gear train and cushioning arrangement. We manufacture and stock spares across all three.
Cemar
The flagship 6-brick flicker head plus its complete spares set — main shaft, cam, gears, sleeves, ring gear, hub and covers.
Comes RG-6
Gear and drive-train spares — the shafts, gears and cushioning components that carry load inside the head and absorb the shock of continuous polishing.
Comes HTS-V12
The heavier-duty gear train — sun and ring gears, bushings and shafts built for higher-load polishing lines and longer service intervals.
In-House Manufacturing
Heads and spares are machined and assembled under one roof, so tolerances, materials and finish stay consistent from the first unit to the hundredth.
Reconditioning & Repair
A worn head doesn't have to become scrap. We strip, inspect, rebuild and test — often at a fraction of replacement cost.
Spares On Demand
Fast-moving parts across the Cemar, RG-6 and HTS-V12 ranges are kept in stock, so a line waits on a part for hours, not weeks.
Export Ready
Packing, marking and documentation are handled for road, rail and sea freight — ready for buyers outside India as much as inside it.
Before you enquire
Yes. Send clear photos with a measurement or two — across the outer diameter, bore and thickness is usually enough. Most parts in our range are identified from photographs on the first exchange.
Both. Reconditioning is often the better economics: we strip the head, inspect every component, replace what is worn, reassemble and test. You get a working head back without paying for a complete new unit.
Fast-moving spares are held in stock and can dispatch quickly. Complete heads and less common parts are made to order — we confirm a firm lead time with the quotation rather than estimating up front.
Yes. We handle packing, marking and the documentation needed for road, rail and sea freight. Share your destination port or address with the enquiry and we will quote accordingly.
Cemar, Comes RG-6 and Comes HTS-V12 are catalogued on this site. We also make other parts to sample or drawing — if it is not listed, ask.
